Your enquiry

When you contact us, we process your name, your email address and the details you include in your message. We use this information to handle your question and, where applicable, to prepare a quotation you have requested. Depending on the question, this is done for steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, or on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering business correspondence.

Security and service providers

The contact form uses technical controls against abuse, including a temporary, hashed technical key derived from the IP address to limit repeated submissions. Hosting and email service providers process data for the operation of the website and for correspondence. We share relevant data only to handle your enquiry or where a legal obligation requires it.

Retention

We keep correspondence for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any follow-up steps. Legal obligations and the need to substantiate rights may require longer retention. You can ask us which retention period applies to your enquiry.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, object to processing or request portability where that right applies. We may ask for information to verify your identity appropriately. You can also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority, for example the Belgian Data Protection Authority or the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
